When someone sends me internal email, that could have handled in either Teams channel or chat – I answer to them using Teams. Is this rude or driving the change? 🙂
I asked this similar question almost a year ago (more than 6-7 months ago anyhow) and I got interesting opinions. How about now? Has things changed as time has passed?
Should I also add that if that request is not critical I will take my time with reply – occasionally this can lead to forgetting the question (and it will of course reveal that it was not important at all). If you ask me using Teams, I will reply asap. And of course there are exceptions, I try not to be an pain all the time.
