Teams is rolling out a new feature, which lets you to customize chat discussions. Using this you can add more benefits and value to either private one-to-one chats (let’s say manager-employee development discussions) or group chats when the topic does not require a full team.
You can’t add all Teams tabs there, but I think this is a nice start for that list. Adding a PowerApps creates nice possibilities to include processes or access to legacy systems.
And with a Website tab you can add virtually anything from SharePoint or Intranet.
What’s missing from the list? Forms! Of course I can add it via Website but native Forms tab would have been nice. Hopefully upcoming Yammer tab will get there too.
